Slade Roofing completed this concrete tile re-roofing project in Seend, Melksham, using concrete plain tiles installed on TLX Gold, together with new lead-clad dormers. The combination of plain concrete tiles and carefully finished leadwork gives the roof a clean, traditional appearance, with the new dormer detailing forming an important part of the completed roof.

Concrete plain tiles were used across the main roof as part of the re-roofing work. Plain tiles create a distinctive tiled finish made up of smaller individual units, making them well suited to properties where a traditional roof appearance is required. For this project, the concrete tiles were installed on TLX Gold as part of the new roof construction.

The project also included new lead-clad dormers. Leadwork is particularly useful around dormers because it can be carefully formed around the different roof junctions and edges involved.
